Unlike many of our competitors that require minimum purchases amounts and special stipulations, MADALI Hair offers free shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States.  And, just because it is free, doesn’t mean that it is slow.  We take every effort to quickly process your order and get it to you quickly.

 Free Returns:

We believe in customer satisfaction, wholeheartedly.  If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return your order for a full refund.  (Returns must be unused/altered and in the state in which you received them).   Included in our commitment to our customers, is our policy of free return shipping.  If for what ever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply email info@madalihair and request a return label that you can print – free of charge.

Our 364-day return policy has no fine print.  We simply ask that you return your order in the original condition.  Once received, you will receive a full refund, without a restocking fee.
